Frequently Asked Questions

Beginners can start with street shoes or dress shoes that have ankle-straps (support) with medium-height heels or any flat-bottom shoes or regular dancing shoes. Avoid wearing shoes that have thick rubber soles such as sneakers, clogs, boots or flip-flops.

No partner necessary for any of our classes. We rotate frequently in the class so that everyone will have ample time to practice with a partner.

Yes, please register for each class online before coming to the studio as classes fill up quickly. If you show up for class without a reservation, we cannot guarantee a place for you in the class.Showing up without a reservation will NOT guarantee you a spot.  Signing up speeds up checking in at the studio so that you start your class on time. Previous experience is not required for our Salsa Beginner Level 1 classes. You will need prior experience for our higher level classes. Please read our class descriptions to see how much experience is required for the level.

New Students/Beginners are suggested to start at the beginning of a cycle. The 1st week is preferred but you may join the 2nd week if space allows. After the 2nd week, you will need to wait for the next cycle (repeats every 4 weeks). Check our next cycle dates on the schedule.

Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no extensions.

We understand that life happens! If you can't make it to your scheduled class, you're welcome to switch to another class of the same level during the same cycle, subject to availability. Just let us know in advance so we can save your spot and keep the class balanced.

All sales are non-refundable. You must complete use all 4 classes in the current cycle. It cannot be used or extended for future workshops/cycles. It cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
